- Proactive daily monitoring of systems by Senior Basis consultants at Symmetry's Center of Excellence.
- Regular operating system, database and R/3 maintenance including: Backup and Recovery, Notes and Support Packs, CTS, Tuning, and Client Maintenance.
- Technical problem handling to ensure that your technical issues are logged, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Customized Operations Reporting of your system performance.
- Senior Basis consultants on-call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, available to address your immediate needs.
- Priority access to Symmetry's a la carte Basis services.
Sym-RemoteSM — Basis SafetyNet Technical Managed Services for SAP Applications
These services provide daily health-check assessments of Client's systems as well as the infrastructure to provide 7 x 24 on-call support should Client have a situation that requires ready access to expert technical support. The service can also provide “back-fill” support should internal personnel go on vacation, training, etc.
