Change Request Management

• Ensure your change management policies are enforced – Control Panel automatically processes Change Requests and incorporates tracking and recording into the workflow.

Compliance Risk Management

• Real-time Risk analysis and mitigation of Authorizations for Segregation of Duty and Sensitive Authorization risks at the Authorization Object level.
• ControlPanel contains an extensible predefined Rulebook that can be customized based on business or auditor requirements.

Emergency Access Management

• In an emergency Users are automatically provisioned with temporary authorizations from a predefined range of Roles. ControlPanel ensures an audit trail is created by tracking the movements of a specific User, not a generic emergency logon, and documenting the review of emergency access session logs.

• Reduce the cost and hassle of producing compliance reports for auditors – ControlPanel analysis reports are based on real-time data collection and contain all the information you need to understand your options and remediate risks.
• Ongoing monitoring and notification of actual system usage including:
• Role and User Analysis reports to identify unused Transactions assigned to Roles and unused Roles assigned to Users
• Sensitive Transaction Monitoring enabling logging of actions performed and changes made in selected Transactions
