Technical Installation and Startup Services for SAP Applications

These services will provide expert and cost-effective technical support for Client’s SAP implementation. Services will include the installation of the core DEV, QAS and PRD systems. Deliverable will be a completed SAP landscape installation, performed according to industry best practices and published SAP America standards.

Technical Implementation Services for SAP Applications

These services will provide expert and cost-effective technical project support for Client’s SAP implementation. These services will be delivered on-site or remotely by Senior Symmetry Basis Consultants with 7 x 24 on-call support. Support may be scheduled full or part-time as required by Client.

NetWeaver Overview and Strategy Workshop

This 3-day workshop provides an on-site introduction to SAP NetWeaver. Symmetry takes you beyond the “Refrigerator diagram” to help you really understand the NetWeaver components, the business drivers and the underlying infrastructure.

Accelerated Basis Administration Workshop

This on-site workshop is designed to train Client’s internal staff in SAP Basis administration concepts. Delivered by Senior Symmetry Basis consultants, this hands-on workshop covers SAP monitoring, maintenance, problem handling, backup and recovery, and client maintenance, tailored to the particular SAP application.

Best Practices Workshop for Implementing SAP Applications

This on-site workshop serves as a project kick-off activity to orient Client’s SAP project team to best practices for implementing SAP. Covered topics include the SAP architecture, an introduction to the ASAP methodology, best practices for project change management, client strategy and best practices for testing.

Best Practices Workshop for Managing Change in SAP Implementations

This service provides on-site instruction and project-related workshop activities to assist Client in implementing best practices for managing change in their SAP environment. This workshop is especially important for regulated SAP installations or Clients with Sarbanes-Oxley audit requirements.

High Availability Infrastructure Installation and Start-up Services for SAP Applications

This service implements high availability technology to an SAP environment. SAP specific configuration will be performed to ensure the HA mechanisms function correctly with the SAP application.

Disaster Recovery Plan Implementation Service for SAP Applications

An extension of the workshop, Senior Symmetry Disaster Recovery consultants will assist Client in drafting, testing and ratifying a customized DR Execution Plan document.

This service provides Senior consultants to support Client’s SAP implementation. With a managed roster of over 80 consultants, with specialties in all major module areas of SAP, the service compliments Symmetry’s core competency in SAP technical operations. Each consultant is pre-qualified and certified as a Sym-Elite Associate ensuring only the best resources are offered. In addition, each engagement is overseen by a Symmetry Project Manager, providing coordination and accountability beyond the individual consultant.
