 Dan Wilhelms
President
Dan Wilhelms is the president and founder of Symmetry Corporation, which has grown to be one of the largest dedicated SAP technical consulting organizations in the US.
Among the first Basis consultants hired by SAP America in 1994, Wilhelms is a recognized industry leader in the strategic management of technical architecture for SAP. He is a frequent presenter at SAP and ASUG industry events.
Throughout his 25-year career, Wilhelms has earned a reputation as one of Milwaukee’s finest entrepreneurs.
 Frank Powell
Chief Operating Officer
Frank Powell is chief operating officer at Symmetry Corporation and a veteran of the SAP industry.
Powell has over 10 years experience with Symmetry where he has specialized in SAP technical administration, platform migrations, UNIX Administration and Oracle database administration. He is an SAP certified SAP Basis consultant and SAP certified OS/DB migration specialist who regularly presents at SAP and ASUG industry events.
Powell’s experience prior to joining Symmetry includes work with a number of companies in the areas of system architecture, data base administration, system administration and network administration.
Kevin Knuese
Vice President of Delivery
Kevin Knuese is vice president of delivery at Symmetry Corporation where he provides support and direction for Symmetry’s large teams of expert technical personnel and managers.
Knuese has over 10 years experience on all aspects of IT related to SAP including Basis/SAP NetWeaver® security, disaster recovery, hosting and virtualization. He has performed technical implementations and upgrades for SAP versions from R/3 3.0d to the current Business and SAP NetWeaver suites. He has also performed heterogeneous and homogeneous system migrations for some of SAP America’s largest implementations.
 Michael Haase
Vice President Sales and Marketing
Michael Haase is the vice president of sales and marketing at Symmetry Corporation. His focus is on all aspects of relationship development, marketing activities and solving strategic business problems for Symmetry’s clients and partners.
Haase has 15 years of IT experience as a network engineer, project manager, sales and executive positions. Prior to joining Symmetry Corporation he worked for companies such as Midwest Airlines, Robert Half International, RJT Compuquest and others.
Haase also served 11 years in the Wisconsin Air National Guard where he has received many awards and accommodations. He is still very active in his support of military organizations.
 Cindy Rasey
Practice Manager
As a practice manager with Symmetry Corporation Cindy Rasey provides support and direction for Symmetry’s expert technical consultants. Rasey works in the areas of disaster recovery and strategic backup planning and specializes in Oracle databases.
She has prior experience providing SAP support for the functional area of Logistics Execution as well as Warehouse Management software support.
Rasey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
 Andy Quaas
Practice Manager
Andy Quaas is a practice manager with Symmetry Corporation, where he provides support and direction for Symmetry’s expert technical consultants and leads Symmetry’s AS/400 team.
Quaas first started in the SAP Basis field on the AS/400 platform in 1997 and also has extensive experience with UNIX and Windows. His specialties include system architecture and design and SAP administration on the AS/400 platform. During his time with Symmetry Quaas has led many system design projects, as well as OS/DB migrations, upgrades and implementations.
 Jocelyn Freimark
Controller
Jocelyn Freimark has been the Controller with Symmetry Corporation since 1997. Her main focus is on monthly financial statement preparation, corporate budgeting, forecasting and reporting. During her time with Symmetry, Jocelyn has seen Symmetry grow and transform into the industry leader it is known as today. Previously, Jocelyn worked in the Long Term Care industry as an Accounting Manager for a not for profit local organization. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater as well as a Master’s of Science in Business from Cardinal Stritch University.
