	Dan Wilhelms President Dan Wilhelms, founder and president of Symmetry Corporation, began his career as part of the first Basis consulting group selected by SAP America in 1994. Since then, he’s utilized his accomplished expertise and entrepreneurial ambition to develop one of the most successful, dedicated SAP technical consulting organizations in the U.S. Today, Wilhelms is a recognized as part of Milwaukee’s finest entrepreneurs and as a leader in strategic management of SAP technical architecture. Due to his strong knowledge base in the SAP world and well-spoken propensity, he has become an esteemed, sought-after presenter at ASUG events and other technical conferences. He continually raises the industry bar by developing new innovations, challenging what’s considered the standard and providing his thought leadership for the betterment of his clients' and partners' businesses.

	Frank Powell Chief Operating Officer As chief operating officer, Frank Powell brings high level strategic and operational guidance to help grow and manage Symmetry Corporation. Powell is a seasoned SAP veteran, boasting industry experience prior to Symmetry and for over a decade at Symmetry. His background includes working with a plethora of prominent companies within areas of system architecture, database administration, system administration and network administration. He began his Symmetry career path at the driver’s seat for SAP technical administration, platform migrations, UNIX Administration and Oracle database administration. He holds SAP certifications for both Basis consulting and OS/DB migration and regularly presents at SAP and ASUG events.

	Kevin Knuese Chief Technology Officer Kevin Knuese provides his support and experience-backed direction as chief technology officer for Symmetry Corporation. He additionally mentors and manages the wide-ranging teams of specialized technical personnel and managers. After decades of problem solving within the IT world, Knuese knows what it takes to handle any SAP technology solution or service, including Basis/SAP NetWeaver® security, disaster recovery, hosting and virtualization. He has performed technical implementations and upgrades for SAP versions from R/3 3.0d to the current Business and SAP NetWeaver suites. He has also performed heterogeneous and homogeneous system migrations for some of SAP America’s largest implementations. Bottom line, he’s seen it all and can do it all.

	Michael Haase Vice President of Sales and Marketing There are not many that possess the passion and wit that is Michael Haase. As vice president of sales and marketing at Symmetry Corporation, he successfully juggles his daily focus on all aspects of relationship development, marketing activities and solving strategic business problems for Symmetry’s clients and partners. Haase has made his industry mark throughout his nearly two decades performing various network engineer, project manager, sales and executive positions at companies, such as Midwest Airlines, Robert Half International and RJT Compuquest. Additionally, Haase served eleven years in the Wisconsin Air National Guard, where he received several prestigious awards and accolades. He is very active in his support of military organizations to this day.

	Mark Sonnentag Vice President of Delivery With over twenty years of IT and management leadership related to manufacturing, distribution and consulting industries, Mark Sonnentag has proven his merit in client relations, technical solutions and project management. Today, as vice president of delivery, Sonnentag exercises his backed guidance and leadership skills, to continuously improve the Symmetry Corporation delivery process, ensure excellence in customer service and lead a dynamic Basis Support Team focused on exceeding expectations. In addition to his professional background, he has attained both a Bachelor’s of Management Information Systems from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Master’s of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch. With his past experiences at technical, managerial and director roles, Sonnentag has the ability to help customers see the entire picture.
	Jocelyn Freimark Vice President of Finance and Administration Recognized as an integral company component, Jocelyn Freimark keeps Symmetry running smoothly through her indispensable controller position. Since joining the business in 1997, Freimark’s main focuses are monthly financial statement preparation, corporate budgeting, forecasting and reporting. During her time with Symmetry, Jocelyn has seen Symmetry grow and transform into the industry leader it is known as today. Previously, Jocelyn worked in the long-term care industry as an accounting manager for a local, not-for-profit organization. She has a Bachelor’s of Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, as well as a Master’s of Science in Business from Cardinal Stritch University.

	Scott Goolik Director of Security and Controls Scott Goolik is director of security and controls with responsibility for managing Symmetry's security teams. A respected expert in the field of SAP security and controls, Goolik has decades of SAP security experience under his heavy belt. He’s worked for one of the big four accounting firms and developed auditing tools, including those for Segregation of Duties (SoD). He also developed software products to provide auditability and acceleration of security and control processes. Goolik additionally holds the chief technical officer position within SymSoft Corporation. There, he’s responsible for architecting the ControlPanelGRC™ solution and managing client needs. Goolik holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business from Indiana University with concentrations in accounting and information systems and technology.
