Symmetry Corporation, the Basis Experts, are pleased to announce the formation of a strategic partnership with SRC Technologies, experienced providers of IT infrastructure solutions. Under the partnership, SRC Technologies will provide services for the newly launched, Sym-Remote branded service suite – System Administration and Infrastructure Support.

Sys-Admin Complete provides complete support for servers, storage and network and includes 24 x 7 monitoring, alerting and support for critical incidents. The service also provides system performance analysis and tuning, and a comprehensive change management processes enabling clients to realize the maximum ROI on their infrastructure investment. Sys-Admin SafetyNet is a retainer service that provides peace of mind through 24 x 7 monitoring and alerting for servers, storage and network. Both service offerings cover both SAP and non-SAP infrastructure components.
