Symmetry Corporation Successfully Completes SAS 70 Type II Audit for SAP Outsourcing Services; Auditor’s Report Finds No Control Exceptions

Demand for SAS 70 certified service providers has increased since the passing of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in 2002. External auditors often require publicly traded organizations to show SAS 70 certification reports for outsourced service providers. Although not a requirement, the certification also provides peace of mind for privately held organizations.
